They manage warranty processes, lead cross-functional coordination with Project Managers and subcontractors, and maintain strong relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with company processes, training programs, and software, and train team members on warranty processes.
- Maintain regular communication with leadership, PMs, and clients to stay informed on business developments and customer needs.
- Manage warranty claims, ensuring prompt communication with customers and trade partners, and validate claims within warranty scope and timeframe.
- Coordinate corrective work with trade partners, track completion, and handle cost accounting for out-of-warranty work.
- Maintain schedules and processes for 1-year punch list requirements, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, collaborating with HR to ensure team success.
- Build strong relationships with trade partners, holding them accountable for quality work.
- Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Ensure effective use of technology by collaborating with the Technology Team for proper implementation and training.
- Communicate proactively with clients, building trust through reliable, high-quality service, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar. Experience may be considered in lieu of exceptional, relevant experience in the industry.
- Experience with Construction Management software and Microsoft products.
