Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support Job Details Position / Specialty : Physical Therapist Shift : 5x8s Years of experience REQ : 1 First timers accepted : Yes Weekend REQ : Every 3rd. On call for Saturday depending with rotating schedule. Guaranteed Hours : 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek. Special Requirements : Cerner required. Ortho, neuro, wound care, vestibular, pelvic health- Not all specialties are required. Job Requirements BLS REQ : Yes RTO Restrictions : Must work 2 / 3 major holidays Schedule Information Open to accommodating block schedule? To be discussed. Is on-call REQ? No. Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No. Unit Specific Information Unit Information : The hospital is a critical access hospital with 12 beds. 95% care is performed on an outpt basis. The remaining is acute care and swingbed. Swingbed is similar to SNF. Additional Details Valid Driver’s License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy. Medication Test / Pharmacology exam required. Not required for Techs or RRTS.
