What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician Sterile Compounding Pharmacy position at IV Care?
IV Care, a Home Infusion Pharmacy has provided excellent care to our patients for 25 years. IV Care Healthcare Professionals work together to elevate the standard of care for our patients while supporting each other to promote a healthy work-life balance. We have recently joined with a larger company providing the resources of a national organization. The CPhT will work an 8-hour DAY shift and will be eligible to participate in the comprehensive benefits package offered by our national company.
The employee will be trained in sterile compounding, clean room maintenance, inventory maintenance and order entry. The IV Care CPhT has a key role in driving successful patient outcomes and makes a different in the lives of the patients that we serve.
Position requires Illinois Pharmacy Technician License.
2-3 years experience as a pharmacy technician preferred.
Sterile compounding experience preferred.
Certification as a CPhT required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
