About the Role :
We are looking for an IV Drips Follow-Up Specialist to engage with our customers after their appointments, ensuring they had an exceptional experience and guiding them toward purchasing a package or subscription. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills who can effectively close sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email to check in on their experience.
- Educate customers on the benefits of IV therapy and how ongoing treatments can enhance their wellness.
- Sell packages and subscriptions by highlighting cost savings, convenience, and health benefits.
- Build genuine connections to establish trust and increase long-term customer retention.
- Overcome objections and use consultative sales techniques to drive conversions.
- Maintain detailed records of follow-ups, customer feedback, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the customer journey and refine sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For :
Strong sales and closing skills – ability to confidently upsell packages and memberships.
Experience in hospitality, health & wellness, or gym memberships is a major plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be warm, engaging, and persuasive.
Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls to customers.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and tracking sales performance.
