Job Description
Aerospace industry experience strongly preferred
Minimum 2-5 years' experience in setup and operating lathes, bridgeport, surface grinder, etc
Ability to read and understand blueprints and GD&T
Basic math skills
Operate crane, forklift, and heaving machinery
Examines blueprints and/or MBD models for templates, jigs, fixtures, or other bond tools to be built
Use of measuring equipment: micrometers, calipers, etc
Work with aluminum, steel, graphite materials, etc
Use of hand tools, power tools, and various shop equipment
Deburring and grinding of tools
Must be able to lift and move up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift and move objects up to 50lbs
US Citizen
Wiliness to work 2nd shift and OT
Shift would be 4 pm start – we usually run about 8-10 hours. Some weekends as needed. Our employees average about 50 hours per week.
Premium 10% for 2nd shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
