">Job Description
">We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to drive our expansion in the federal and Department of Defense (DoD) sectors. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network within federal agencies and DoD, coupled with a deep understanding of the 8(a) government contracting and proposal process.

- Drive client acquisition and build strategic relationships with federal and DoD clients to secure new business opportunities. ">
- Identify and qualify business leads aligned with IVERTIX's AI, Data, and Cloud solutions growth strategy. ">
- Develop and execute forward-thinking strategies to expand IVERTIX's footprint in the government space. ">
- Lead end-to-end government proposal development, ensuring compliance and quality. ">
- Build and maintain a robust business development pipeline using CRM tools. ">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">The ideal candidate will possess:

- A minimum of 8–10 years in business development roles within government contracting. ">
- Expertise in leveraging 8(a) small business opportunities. ">
- Deep understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle, including GWACs and IDIQs. ">
- Exceptional proposal writing and management skills. ">
- Experience with or knowledge of modern AI, Data, and Cloud technologies is highly desirable. ">
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred). ">
