- Lead end-to-end government proposal development, ensuring compliance and quality. ">
- Build and maintain a robust business development pipeline using CRM tools. ">
Requirements
">The ideal candidate will possess:

- A minimum of 8–10 years in business development roles within government contracting. ">
- Expertise in leveraging 8(a) small business opportunities. ">
- Deep understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle, including GWACs and IDIQs. ">
- Exceptional proposal writing and management skills. ">
- Experience with or knowledge of modern AI, Data, and Cloud technologies is highly desirable. ">
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred). ">
