About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead our business expansion efforts in the federal and Department of Defense (DoD) sectors.

Key Responsibilities

    ">
  • Drive client acquisition and build strategic relationships with federal and DoD clients.
  • ">
  • Develop and execute forward-thinking strategies to expand IVERTIX's footprint in the government space.
  • ">
  • Lead end-to-end government proposal development, ensuring compliance and quality.
  • ">
  • Build and maintain a robust business development pipeline using CRM tools.
  • ">

Requirements

">

The ideal candidate will possess:

">
    ">
  • A minimum of 8–10 years in business development roles within government contracting.
  • ">
  • Expertise in leveraging 8(a) small business opportunities.
  • ">
  • Deep understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle, including GWACs and IDIQs.
  • ">
  • Exceptional proposal writing and management skills.
  • ">
  • Experience with or knowledge of modern AI, Data, and Cloud technologies is highly desirable.
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • ">
