We are seeking a Creative Design Manager with a preferred background in luxury real estate/builder services advertising to join our award-winning creative marketing team! This position will work directly with our senior leadership and builder/developer services team as well as our onsite sales professionals to develop outstanding strategic and creative execution in our industry leading luxury real estate developer services business in North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and create execution strategies for developer, builder, and agent projects
- Generate exceptional creative design and materials for use in various advertising campaigns
- Deploy latest content concepts using AI in combination with creative talents
- Establish advertising and marketing priorities for team and projects
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing team and third party consulting resources
- Interface effectively with our developer/builder clients, agents, and other team members
- Meet deadlines and proactively communicate needs and status updates to members
- Bring new concepts and ideas to the table to contribute to the evolution of the firm's marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Must have graphic design degree and project portfolio
- Advertising major or strong related curriculum preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
