Your responsibilities will include managing routine and emergency maintenance repairs, fixing machinery or equipment, plumbing, cooling & heating, wiring & electrical work, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, lawn care and maintenance, evaluating and scheduling significant repairs, and property inspections.
