Ivie Lane is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of our rental properties.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine and emergency maintenance repairs
- Fixing machinery or equipment, plumbing, cooling & heating, wiring & electrical work
- Repairs and maintenance of rental properties, including ACs, plumbing, and electrical systems
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Trade school or military training as an asset
- One to five years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Ability to lift and work with heavy equipment
- A valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance
This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills.
The selected candidate will be working closely with the Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Director of Operations to ensure high-quality maintenance standards.
