Job Overview:
Ivory Property Restoration is a 24-Hour Emergency Services Company working in the neighborhoods and communities we live in. Water, fire, and smoke damage take minutes, if not seconds, to occur and sometimes days to clean up. Our teams arrive swiftly to restore residential and commercial property caused by disasters.
The Mitigation Manager will collaborate within a team to execute emergency services and contents restoration duties in accordance with company protocols for remediation. They will ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and local safety guidelines for handling hazardous materials. Flexibility for after-hours and weekend emergency response is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restore residential and commercial properties to dry standards promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure efficiency of the crew and that the job requirements are fulfilled during each shift
- Responsible for accuracy of timekeeping recorded for crew, including break and lunch periods
- Lead and supervise the team to ensure efficient and effective work execution. Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to optimize productivity and crew satisfaction.
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of projects to ensure timely completion and optimal resource allocation. Prepare weekly work-in-progress reports, keeping management informed of project statuses, challenges, and milestones.
- Provide hands-on oversight for all jobs, ensuring that work meets quality standards, adheres to project timelines, and is in compliance with safety and operational protocols.
- Responsible for warehouse maintenance
- Ensure the warehouse is well-organized, clean, and functioning efficiently. This includes overseeing the proper storage, handling, and maintenance of equipment and materials.
- Track, manage, and maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment and materials. Ensure that supplies are adequately stocked, and all equipment is serviced, maintained, and readily available for job deployment.
- Arrange emergency services equipment setup and prepare contents for storage, including lifting items into storage.
- Ensure Documentation of job site activities comprehensively, including moisture maps, field logs, and photo/video records.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans during cleanup activities and while using protective equipment.
- Operate standard tools and equipment routinely.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Perform tasks at elevated heights, such as using ladders and scaffolding.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned.
- Experience with TPA compliance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- IICRC WRT and ASD required
- ASD, CDS, OCT, FSRT, preferred
- Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility preferred
- Experience with DASH/MICA
- Must be available to work after-hours and on weekends
