Remote, but must be located on the East Coast*
Senior Administrative Assistant to support the VP, Global Communications leader and other department members. The person in this role will need to be an experienced, detail-oriented problem-solver with exceptional flexibility to coordinate across functions.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience processing requisitions and purchase orders, managing contracting processes, and serving as an SAP specialist to ensure smooth financial and procurement operations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage the needs of many, strong attention to detail, and self-motivation. The candidate must also demonstrate resourcefulness in building relationships across the global organization.
Duties:
· Provide administrative support to the VP, Global Communications and other department members.
· Manage complex/heavy calendaring, scheduling, expenses and travel.
· Manage the processing of purchase requisitions and contracts (approx 50%) of the job.
· Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to streamline the support matrix.
· Build and maintain key external relationships via the core business's needs.
· Build and maintain internal cross-functional relationships across the company.
· Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation.
· Partner across the Corporate Affairs team.
· Schedule and coordinate candidate phone, video, and in-office interviews.
· Patient Advocacy Portal Management.
Skills:
• 5 plus years of experience assisting high level leaders; multiple disciplines a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in efficiently multi-tasking between business partners and priorities.
• Ability to take on increased responsibility as the company and team grow.
• Ability to independently work in an ambiguous yet fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Concur, Zoom, Ariba, SAP, Contract
