What You'll Do
- Analyze and Interpret Data: Work with complex financial and operational datasets to provide meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
- Prepare Reports & Financial Materials: Support monthly reporting, internal analyses, and Board-level presentations.
- Support Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with finance, operations, product, and growth teams to align financial strategy with business objectives.
- Maintain Financial Systems & Tools: Use Excel, SQL, and Power BI to create accurate, data-driven reports.
- Ensure Accuracy & Efficiency: Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to the success of a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare organization.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, reporting, or a similar role (Accounting background preferred).
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, IF statements, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, etc.).
- Experience with SQL or database management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights.
- Understanding of financial principles and their application in a business setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, IF statements (COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, AVERAGEIFS), INDEX, INDIRECT, etc.
- Experience with SQL or other database management tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Experience in smaller, high-growth healthcare businesses is preferred.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, reporting, or a related role.
- Accounting experience or familiarity with financial reporting is strongly preferred.
