Schedule
Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support two centers in Indianapolis: Fishers Corner and Park Meridian. Days and times listed below:
- Park Meridian: Monday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Wednesday 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM rotating Saturdays every other week from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Fishers Corner: Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Provide onsite supervision for all patients during their visits.
- Perform patient assessments, document health status, and complete SOAP notes.
- Administer infusions and injections according to prescribed protocols.
- Calculate medication dosages (e.g., mg/kg) and ensure proper administration.
- Collaborate with referring providers for prior authorizations and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record.
- Educate patients and families about disease processes and potential treatment side effects.
- Keep clinical spaces clean and stocked with necessary medical supplies.
- Support audits, regulatory requirements, and staff review processes.
- Review and ensure accurate charge capture for patient encounters.
- Communicate openly with referring providers to coordinate care.
- Occasionally assist with pre-registration, prior authorization, or related services.
- Travel to multiple facilities within your designated market as needed.
