This role is responsible for resolving high-dollar aged balances, researching claim discrepancies, and identifying denial trends to improve claims management and reimbursement efficiency.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and is benchmarked against similar organizations to our size and industry. For our RCM Project Manager role, we generally pay new hires a between a base pay of $43,000 and $65,000 annually. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for roles and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular employees are eligible for bonus/commissions, 401(k), health benefits, and other company benefits; some of these benefits may also be available for part-time positions.

- Analyze & Report Trends – Identify payer denial trends and provide executive-level reporting on high-risk accounts.
- Drive Process Improvements – Recommend workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce financial risk.
- Engage with Payers & Stakeholders – Build relationships with payer contacts to resolve claim denials and underpayments effectively.
