Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent at all levels of the organization, leveraging emerging technologies, industry trends, and talent networks to engage both active and passive candidates.

Oversee and refine recruitment technology (ATS, HRIS) to enhance the candidate experience and streamline hiring processes.

Partner with hiring managers to ensure a structured, consistent, and effective hiring process that aligns with company goals, while supporting General Managers with recruitment strategy insights and best practices.

Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, fostering engagement, retention, and long-term success.

Collaborate with leaders to create a welcoming and inclusive new hire experience, implementing enhancements that improve performance during the critical first 90 days.

Facilitate internal mobility, promotions, and career pathing initiatives in partnership with managers and leadership.

Develop and implement training programs that support new hire onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing employee skill enhancement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Support learning and development programs to enhance skills, career growth, and overall employee experience.

Establish and maintain structured performance evaluation processes to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with company objectives.

Identify high-potential employees and support leadership in career progression and succession planning.

Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Analyze associate feedback, surveys, stay interviews, and exit interviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Promote Ivy Hospitality as an employer of choice through branding, communication, and engagement initiatives, including participation in career fairs, networking events, and employer branding campaigns.

Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations and workforce development agencies to enhance employer presence.

Oversee the offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees, conducting exit interviews to gather insights and drive organizational improvements.

Monitor workforce trends, turnover data, and retention analytics to guide HR strategy.

Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Provide guidance on best practices in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
Qualifications:
Education: SHRM-CP/ PHR preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (combined education and industry-experience considered)
Minimum of 3-5 years HR experience with a specialized focus in experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and engagement. Hospitality, retail, or other high-volume industries preferred.
Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing Tools
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
Strong working knowledge of federal and applicable state employment laws.
Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy and excellent judgment in successfully navigating sensitive issues.
