Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, helping them develop into confident, compassionate individuals.
- Demonstrate flexibility by stepping in where needed and maintaining patience, giving each child a fresh start every day.
- Be punctual, reliable, and ready to start work promptly at the beginning of your shift.
- Plan and execute creative, budget-friendly crafts and activities that captivate children’s interests.
- Exhibit a positive, contagious attitude that energizes the entire team.
- Enforce and model company policies while mentoring staff on best practices for safety and child guidance.
- Communicate effectively with office and gym staff regarding any issues or changes.
- Organize daily activities, foster excitement about events, and encourage participation.
- Clearly articulate expectations to children in an age-appropriate manner.
- Manage supplies by ordering food, snacks, cleaning materials, and craft items.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, injuries, and behavioral concerns.
- Ensure the cleanliness of activity areas and train staff on proper cleaning protocols.
- Participate in half-day and day-off programs as needed.
- Attend regular Zoom meetings with the administrative team.
Qualifications:
- Directors must be 21
- Genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
- Creative and resourceful approach to planning activities.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.

- Monday through Friday:
- Morning shift: 6:15 AM – 8:00 AM
- Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
