What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Admissions Recruiter position at Ivy Tech Community College?
Ivy Tech Terre Haute Campus is seeking an on-campus Part Time Recruiter. This position will assist the Admissions department in recruiting and converting students to enrollment.
Primary responsibility for this position is increasing application conversion for an assigned case load of applicants and inquiries to Ivy Tech. This includes moving students through the enrollment steps to enrollment at Ivy Tech Terre Haute Campus.
This responsibility is primarily handled via calls, text apps and emails to applicants.
Utilization of the college CRM is critical to this role.
Utilization of Microsoft office suite is expected along with utilization of the Ivy Tech enterprise system, Banner.
The ability to successfully work independently and regular communication to the Director of Admission is essential.
Tracking of contacts for potential students and entering accurate reporting in databases will be expected.
Other duties logically associated with this position may be assigned. All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

Experience in technical platforms (Teams, Zoom, CRM, Microsoft office, Banner)
Proficiency in Word, and Excel required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
