Ivybrook Academy is seeking passionate substitute preschool educators for our Pinnacle Campus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of daily lessons for the children following a progressive approach to education
- Work cooperatively and professionally with administrators, other staff members and parents
- Support and ensure the safety and well-being of all children under care and supervision
- Be available to assist in other classrooms as needed
- Provide unparalleled customer service
- Be available upon short notice
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children is required.
- Previous experience at a public, private or licensed school is preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain order
- Proficient in behavior management techniques to promote positive student behavior
- Priority given to those with a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or have their education degree within the first year of employment.
