The Position :
Provide student support and advising to a specific group of at-risk students in need of assistance and guidance throughout the program. Determine what obstacles confront students and then provide solutions to obstacles, in order to help ensure that students achieve their educational goals. Specifically, improve rates at which students persist from semester to semester, improve rates at which students identify their educational goals and develop plans to achieve them, and improve rates at which students transfer to four year institutions.

Experience in Academic Advising, Admissions, or related Higher Education area.

Starting Salary Range : $48,000-$51,000 (based on experience)
