AI-Powered Solutions Developer Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and design AI-enhanced outputs including:
- Presentations, sales decks, and reports
- Dynamic websites and microsites
- Marketing and brand collateral
- Use tools like Lovable, Gamma.app, Canva, Notion, Airtable, and other no-code builders to develop and iterate quickly
- Act as a creative technologist, constantly exploring new AI-powered platforms to increase quality, efficiency, and visual impact
- Collaborate across teams to drive innovation in business storytelling, design, and automation
AI-Powered Solutions Developer Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in a digital content creation, business analysis, front-end development, or marketing technology role
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms (Gamma, Lovable, Webflow, Glide, etc.)
- Strong design instincts and a portfolio of engaging work (bonus points for websites or pitch decks!)
- Self-starter with a “figure-it-out” mindset and a love for staying ahead of tech trends
- Great communication skills—able to translate ideas between technical tools and non-technical users
- Passion for simplifying complex information into beautiful, useful deliverables
- Ability to work in Rochester or Buffalo NY.
