What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle. From cold call to close, you’ll be the go-to expert for helping local governments transform communication.
- Make 60–90 daily calls to cities and counties, set up virtual demos, and close deals with decision-makers.
- Run Zoom demos that show off the magic of our platform.
- Use tools like Pipedrive to stay organized and crush your KPIs.
- Collaborate with experienced sales leaders who are invested in your success.
What We're Looking For
- You’ve done cold calling or outbound sales—and you're good at it.
- You're confident on Zoom and know how to run a demo.
- CRM experience is a plus (we use Pipedrive).
- You’re hungry, coachable, and ready to grow.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Competitive, resilient, and energized by hitting goals.
Compensation & Perks
- Base Pay: $15–$20/hour
- Uncapped Commissions: 40% on all closed annual recurring revenue
- First-year expected income: $65K–$80K
- Second-year potential: $80K–$100K
- Top-performer bonuses

Schedule
- Full-time | Monday–Friday
- 6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- In-office only (Logan, Utah)
