We're looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Logan, Utah, office to configure software, train government staff, and provide support for iWorQ applications. The Client Relations Specialist role is essential to customer success and retention. This rewarding position allows you to build lasting relationships with clients and team members. Schedule:
- Full-time: 40 hours a week
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- In-office in Logan, UT
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance for iWorQ's government software applications
- Resolve issues for clients via phone and email
- Recommend and provide trainings for new customers
- Track and troubleshoot customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Phone or virtual customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for learning new software and programs
- Time management and organization skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
