Job description
As a member of the iWorQ Internal Sales team, you will sell our software and services to municipal government agencies who are current clients. Internal Account Executives are assigned a geographic area in the United States and are expected to make 50-65 phone calls daily. Internal Account Executives demonstrate the software via screen share; this is not a traveling position. Applicants need to be available to work in Logan, UT, Monday-Friday. Previous sales experience is preferred. The position has hourly pay, and all commissions are uncapped.
Responsibilities
- Make 50-65 calls daily to municipal government entities
- Demonstrate and show the value of software features in virtual meetings
- Send and negotiate contracts with prospects
- Collaborate with sales team and executive team members
- Utilize & track all communications in a CRM (Pipedrive)
- Must work onsite in Logan, Utah
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Desire to learn and be open to feedback - coachability is essential
- High energy level, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred
- CRM experience is preferred

Compensation
- 40% commissions (uncapped) $15/hour base pay
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday. No weekends and no holidays
