What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Account Executive - iWorQ position at iWorQ Systems?
As a member of the iWorQ sales team, you will sell our software and services to municipal government agencies within a designated geographic region across the U.S. or Canada. This is a non-traveling position with daily responsibilities including 60 cold calls and conducting virtual software demonstrations. This role requires in-office work in Logan, Utah, Monday through Friday. Previous sales experience is preferred. The position offers hourly base pay and uncapped commissions on every deal.
Compensation:
- Average first year income is $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, second year is $100,000
- 70% commissions (uncapped) $15/hour base pay
Responsibilities
- Make 60 calls daily to municipal government entities
- Demonstrate and show the value of software features in virtual meetings
- Send and negotiate contracts with prospects
- Collaborate with sales team and executive team members
- Utilize & track all communications in a CRM (Pipedrive)
- Must work onsite in Logan, Utah
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Desire to learn and be open to feedback - coachability is essential
- High energy level, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred
- CRM experience is preferred
