TextMyGov is a fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) startup that specializes in providing government agencieswith smart-texting software to connect with their communities. We have over 800 customers nationwide and are growing!
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our SaaS solution for city and county governments. In this role, you will ensure that marketing initiatives align with our brand vision, generate leads, and increase client engagement. You will develop strategic marketing plans, enhance our content and digital marketing efforts, and collaborate across departments to help drive our growth within the GovTech industry. This position is onsite in Logan, Utah.
Responsibilities
- Create, run, and market webinars
- Develop and manage email campaigns
- Optimize website performance (SEO)
- Create blog and social media content
- Enhance client communication and relationships
- Track and organize customer data
- Update marketing materials (flyers, guides)
- Become an expert on TextMyGov's software
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, senior management) to meet client needs
