PublicWorks1 offers comprehensive pavement management services, including assessment, evaluation, and software for managing work, tracking data, and budgeting. PublicWorks1 is a subsidiary of iWorQ Systems, a leader in public works applications for cities and counties nationwide.
We are looking for a dynamic team member with strong project management and communication skills who is friendly, organized, and willing to spend significant time away from home. Applicants must be located near Logan, Utah, and be willing to travel 95% of the time to cities and counties across the U.S. and Canada. Responsibilities include arranging travel, collecting GIS data for city and county governments, and maintaining a positive attitude under stress. We are looking for someone eager to learn, and training on 360-degree imaging, GPS, and GIS will be provided.
Expectations:
- Full-time
- 95% travel
- Must be located near Logan, Utah
- The company will handle most travel arrangements, including transportation and lodging, which will be covered at no cost to you.
Responsibilities:
- Travel in an airplane or car for an extended period each week
- Travel around the United States and Canada. using 360-degree imaging to map city and county assets
- Occasionally communicate with city and county officials
- Manage and organize travel receipts and related details
- Show up on time and ready to work
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Compensation
- Salaried position of $45,000
- Bonus tied to completed jobs
- Per diem paid when traveling based on current GSA Rates
