Human Resources Business Partner
HRBP will help business leaders develop workforce plans from strategy to result-driven actions. Utilize knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers and senior leaders to motivate and retain top talent.
What You Will Do
- Strategic workforce planning: Partner with management to ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.
- Succession planning: Help managers to select and develop key talents to ensure there are talents to fill critical roles.
- Consulting leadership: conduct regular meetings with business leaders and provide HR advice where necessary.
- Compliance is key: Be up to date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management.
- Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.
- Collaborate with managers on organizational design of their departments to increase productivity and improve business performance.
- Chair Culture Committee which consists of managers across the organization to maintain a good working environment, build morale, and retain top talent.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics such as employee retention.
- Be the first point of contact for any employee relations issues and HR policy questions.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- 4-6 years of HR business partner experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- SHRM-CP certification or PHR certification a plus
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including change management, employee data management, employee engagement, employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, metrics and analytics, regulatory environment & compliance, management coaching, succession planning and workforce planning
- Previous experience with HRIS systems (UltiPro preferred)
