Summary of Position: The Growth Architect for Enterprise Development will design and execute innovative strategies to expand customer bases for small businesses, driving enterprise growth through marketing ingenuity, impactful events, and strategic partnerships. Duties and Responsibilities
- Marketing Innovation
- Leveraging AI, Architect creative marketing strategies that leverage cutting-edge digital tools and traditional platforms to increase customer engagement
- Analyze trends and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum impact and ROI for IWU-N&G enterprises
- Enterprise Development Support
- Provide expert marketing insights and AI-driven actionable plans tailored to small business challenges
- Facilitate workshops, toolkits, and consultations to empower the entrepreneurs within the enterprise development division in achieving sustainable growth
- Strategic Partnerships
- Forge and nurture partnerships with local organizations, industry leaders, and influencers to enhance market positioning
- Co-create collaborative programs and campaigns that amplify reach and align with business goals
- Event Design and Activation
- In collaboration with the Director of Events for IWU-N&G, envision and implement transformative events that drive brand visibility and customer loyalty
- Work within the existing standard operating procedures and the event team to manage event execution, from conceptual planning to post-event analysis, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives
- Performance Engineering
- Define key performance metrics and use analytics to refine strategies
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate growth achievements and opportunities

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, Entrepreneurship, Design, or a related field
Experience
- Three or more (3 ) years of experience in marketing, event strategy, or partnership development, preferably with a focus on small businesses or entrepreneurial ventures
