Description : Essential Functions
- Assist and maintain the sanitation of facility and all plant equipment for conformity to regulatory and plant standards.
- Sanitation daily walkthrough, following up with a full report to QA and Operations management team. Corrects unsanitary practices and conditions found.
- Manage master cleaning schedules and related SSOP’s.
- Creates and coordinates equipment cleaning and chemical training for all sanitation employees.
- Trains employees in the requirements of HACCP and other programs affecting food safety and quality.
- Enforces company policies to employees and enforces safety regulations.
- Enforces companies GMP’s policies, documents corrective action on any GMP violations, and conducts monthly safety meetings.
- Responsible for hands on coaching, training, and engaging team members through ongoing communication.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
