As a Spanish-speaking AMFT, ACSW or APCC at Izzo Marriage and Family Therapy, PC you :
Compensation Structure
Associates are required to see a minimum of 25 client hour sessions seen per week and attend 3 hours of supervision (2 hours of group and 1 hour of individual per week). Upon hire, new Associates earn a rate of $30 per full client hour session as they work on building their caseload. Once they consistently meet the caseload minimum requirement of 25 client hour sessions / week, they will begin earning an annual salary of $88,000 with opportunities to earn performance bonuses.
