Location: Pittsburgh, PA. This position will report to our main office in Pittsburgh, with occasional travel to nearby service areas, including Monroeville and Cranberry Township, to support hiring events.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure qualifications and a strong fit with our company culture
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings to extending job offers
- Develop a pipeline of skilled candidates through networking, job fairs, and referrals
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining timely communication throughout the process
- Work with HR and managers to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced service industry
- Strong knowledge of recruiting practices and tools
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic team environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software (iCIMS experience preferred)
