- Proficiency in Microsoft 360
- Bilingual (Spanish and English), will be given preference
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly
- Support staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff, and providing feedback to improve internal performance
- Managing inventory of office supplies and field supplies and/or equipment to ensure smooth office operations
- Support the office manager in various administrative tasks
