- Initiate growth focused activities to realize and capture market potential.
- Properly manage risk and maintain financial integrity in all business matters.
- Network with internal sales and marketing staff to develop and grow business.
- Responsible for budget and profit margins to meet and exceed branch and business unit goals for profitability.
- Hire, train and develop staff to meet branch objectives in regards to customer satisfaction, sales, and operations to ensure superior, on-time service for customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4-5 years in Transportation/Logistics.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years in Transportation/Logistics.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals or teams in learning and improving effectiveness.
- Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Create goals that support business strategies.
- Ability to apply organizational acumen to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
- Utilize assigned resources and leverage resources (individuals or teams) to achieve or exceed planned outcomes.
- Develop and improve individual, team, and organizational performance.
- Ability to provide services and support to key clients.
- The expected starting pay range for this position is between $68,000 - $85,000.
