Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, edit and maintain job postings
- Schedule and coordinate travel for candidates
- Greet and escort candidates to interviews as needed
- Schedule interviews for hiring managers
- Inform job applicants of position details and application status
- Initiate and facilitate pre-employment process (e.g., Background screening and Drug Screening)
- Schedule orientation information for candidates and prepare new hires for their first day
- Coordinate recruiting activities such as job fairs, advertising, company information sharing and interview days
- Other recruiting support as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 6 months of related experience.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Psychology, or related field, with 1-2 years of experience, education, and training.
- Ability to act professionally
- Ability to be both flexible and adaptable
- Ability to communicate effectively through all mediums
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
- Experience coordinating events and managing logistics
- Experience in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
