You will own our Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable responsibilities. You will work with a multi-phone line system, scheduling system, and accounting software. All office team members ensure customers are delighted with all interactions with our office. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver who has a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our office provides professional, accurate, and friendly service to our customers.

Office Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivables: Collect on past due accounts.
- Accounts Payable: Enter bills and file as needed.
- Answer phone and email inquiries for service and schedule appropriately.
- Resolve customer needs through problem-solving, critical thinking, and good customer service.
- Process payments from customers.
- Confirm appointments with customers.
- Customer account set up.
- Order special materials from vendors as needed.
- Check-in deliveries from suppliers.
- Work with suppliers and shop managers for orders, missing materials, etc.
- Manage technician inventory reports.
- Uniform account contact & coordination
Desired Skills and Experience:
- At least TWO years of AR/AP experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced service business or call center experience preferred
- Experience working in a service scheduling software preferred
- Two years of Quickbooks experience
- Google Workspace experience
- Excel spreadsheet proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of customer service and basic bookkeeping procedures
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with multi-phone lines
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
