Job Description :
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key strategic accounts to meet current and projected sales volumes and revenue targets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES :
Primary responsibility is to implement sales initiatives to support the company's products. These activities will include, but not be limited to the following :
- Establish excellent working relationships with strategic accounts.
- Learn the customers business to bring further value in new product and service opportunities.
- Manage and motivate a small support team daily to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, supply chain, production, and finance for timely execution of customer priorities.
- Work with customers to forecast future production requirements and communicate the needs internally.
- Effectively communicate the company value proposition and product features.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Work with customers to maintain payment within agreed upon timeframes.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
- Stay up to date with external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.
- Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer focused and supporting continuous improvement activities.
- Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time.
- 30% Travel Required.
