This is a unique opportunity for driven individuals to join a dynamic sales team in a fast-paced environment. As a full-time In-Home Salesman, you will be an integral part of our direct sales force, engaging with customers within their homes to promote and sell our premium home cleaning system. This position is based in Florida and requires in-person interaction with potential clients, making it not suitable for remote work.
Our sales approach is built on a foundation of personal client interactions and highly tailored service offerings. Successful candidates will bring a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and the ability to form meaningful connections with customers. This role is not just about selling but about creating a memorable and positive experience for each client, which drives consumer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Travel to residential locations as scheduled to demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our home cleaning system to increase customer interest and sales conversions.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and a clean appearance while representing the company.
- Handle customer questions and objections with patience, empathy, and understanding.
- Keep track of customer interactions, sales, and feedback using company CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets established by the sales management team.
- Participate in regular training sessions and meetings to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop more effective sales strategies and approaches based on the territory market condition.
- Provide after-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty.
- Attend and participate in company-sponsored networking events, including an annual awards trip to Jamaica for outstanding performance.
