Job Overview
Tactical Roofing Company is seeking motivated and results-driven Salesperson(s) to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for driving revenue growth through effective lead generation and relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in roofing sales, with a focus on retail and insurance sales within residential markets. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Duties

• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, door knocking, and networking.
• Conduct thorough site visit to understand client requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Engage in direct sales activities, presenting our roofing services to potential clients.
• We focus on honesty and integrity in our marketing efforts and only want sales associates that value honesty over money.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Drive 5-Star reviews!
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify new opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to signing deals, ensuring timely follow-up on leads.
• Ensure all contract documents are uploaded in a timely manner to ensure back-office support can process into permitting and operations.
• Upload site visit photos into Company Cam.
• Once roof is into production, walk job with homeowners to ensure complete satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience in roofing sales is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with business development, sales processes and strategies.
• Strong skills in lead generation and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Experience in direct sales, including cold calling and trust-building techniques.
• A self-motivated individual who can manage time effectively and work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $75,642.00 - $150,000.00 per year
