Direct Service Supervisor – Anti-Trafficking Project
Location: Central Oregon
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Includes On-Call Responsibilities
The Anti-Trafficking Project (at:project), a program of J Bar J Youth Services, is seeking a Direct Service Supervisor to lead and support a team of advocates serving survivors of human trafficking. This role ensures the delivery of trauma-informed, survivor-centered services while strengthening community partnerships to expand resources and support systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support anti-trafficking advocates providing direct services to survivors.
- Oversee referrals, delegate cases, and coordinate case consultations with multidisciplinary partners.
- Conduct screenings using the CSE-IT tool to assess signs of exploitation.
- Provide crisis intervention, client advocacy, and emergency response support.
- Develop and maintain strong community outreach efforts to improve victim identification and services.
- Track and analyze data to ensure compliance with grant requirements and enhance service delivery.
- Lead the coordination of a Survivor Advisory Council to inform best practices.
- Support and plan survivor support groups.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in direct service, social work, advocacy, or crisis intervention, preferably with survivors of trafficking, domestic violence, or similar populations.
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and client-centered support models.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary partners and manage case consultations.
- Skilled in outreach, community engagement, and program development.
- Excellent organizational and data tracking skills.
- Leadership experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
- Ability to participate in on-call responsibilities.
