About Cascade Youth and Family Center (CYFC)
Providing runaway and homeless teens with street outreach, crisis intervention, family mediation, and emergency shelter. Longer-term, transitional Living at the LOFT offers safe, stable living conditions which helps them complete their education and develop skills for self-sufficiency. CYFC offers only shelter and programs of its kind within 200 miles.
About the Canal House
Exciting opportunities await. J Bar J Youth Services and CYFC are opening a new youth shelter serving 12-20 year olds in Redmond, with a special focus on ages 12-17. We are seeking Resident Monitors for swing, night and weekend shifts to provide adult oversight and create a home-like feel for our short term shelter residents. This position is an overnight shift. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12am-8am. This position also receives shift differential pay, which is an additional $1.00 per hour (effectively making the starting pay $21.00 per hour).
