We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Photography Business Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of our busy real estate photography business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication, including responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
- Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
- Coordinate client bookings, travel, and location logistics for photographers.
- Assist with basic photo editing or retouching tasks as needed.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a creative or service-oriented business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- A basic understanding of photography terminology is a plus.
