As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers and Field Operations, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Be the central point of contact, facilitating seamless communication between our three companies.
- Proactively manage project documentation, including proposals, plans, specifications, contracts, permits, shop drawings, and close-out documents.
- Streamline the submittal process, managing revisions and approvals efficiently.
- Provide essential administrative support to various departments, including purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, service, design, and field supervisors.
- Maintain organized project archives by indexing, scanning, and archiving completed projects.
