- Utilize sales techniques to promote various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and home insurance.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients regarding policy details, claims processes, and coverage options.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of policies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.
- Assist in sales administration tasks such as processing applications and maintaining accurate client records.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and expand the client base.
- Provide multilingual support as needed to cater to diverse clientele.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or direct sales is preferred.
- Experience in insurance sales is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial for handling sensitive client information.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various platforms.
- Experience in marketing strategies that drive client engagement and retention is desirable.
- Proficiency in sales administration processes will be advantageous.
