Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Management: Organize and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse space.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor and manage stock levels, assisting with counts and resolving discrepancies.
- Material Handling: Load and secure materials for transport, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
- Material Delivery: Pick up and deliver parts, tools, and equipment to job sites on schedule.
- Timely Deliveries: Meet delivery schedules and ensure materials are delivered accurately.
- Plumbing Assistance: Support plumbers on job sites by assisting with equipment setup, site preparation, and basic tasks as directed.
- Tool Handling: Ensure plumbers have the tools they need, help clean up job sites, and return equipment to its proper place.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly service during vendor and customer interactions.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including safe driving practices and proper use of equipment.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and warehouse operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record and ability to operate delivery vehicles.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable lifting and moving materials (up to 50 lbs), assisting on job sites, and working on your feet.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail to manage inventory and maintain order.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and customer-focused communication.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with plumbers and other team members.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehouse management, or plumbing materials is a plus.
