Main Shop Service Advisor
Location: Pooler, GA

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the service lane, ensuring they receive exceptional care and a seamless service experience. Responsibilities:
Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt and courteous service.
Act as a concierge for customers, answering inquiries via phone or in person.
Clearly explain the repair process and ensure a positive customer experience.
Efficiently distribute work to technicians and maintain an organized workflow.
Proactively sell technician labor time to optimize efficiency.
Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure follow-through.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and time-management driven.
Previous experience in service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Professional appearance and a clean driving record.
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM | One Saturday a month, 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM
