Position Title: Foreman
Reports To: Lead Forman
Position Overview: Maintaining and overseeing operations of crew and daily tasks. Ensure safety protocols are in place. Driving crews to jobsites in a safe manner.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining ground maintenance service activities of the crew and that the crew members are always operating safely.
- Safely driving crews to and from jobs, adhering to Company's safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews.
- Complete inspection of jobsite upon completion.
- Ensure that employees are clocked into work.
- Assist in employment of crew members.
- Responsible for communication with the Lead Foreman for the job before and after each day works with regards to the job status and the next day’s work assignment
- Responsible for loading and securing all tools, equipment and supplies onto your assigned vehicle for the next day’s tasks prior to leaving the yard and upon returning from the site.
- Responsible for prompt reporting and proper documentation of all accidents and injuries regardless of the severity of the occurrence so a record has been made for future reference.
- Responsible for making sure equipment and vehicle problems or damage is reported to Lead Foreman so repairs can be made to keep the equipment in working order for the next day.
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform job responsibilities that require physical endurance and the ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be legally able to work in the U.S.
- Ability to interact professionally with all clients, employees, and any external organization.
- Must possess a current Class C Driver’s License with clean MVR records
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screen.
- Must be able to work some weekends.
- OSHA 10 certification.

Pivotal Duties
- Direct activities on the job site, they include but not limited to coordinating workflow, hands on work, and operating a variety of machinery.

Qualifications
- 3 or more years of supervisory experience.
- Mechanical experience in working on equipment repairs/vehicle maintenance.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Current driver’s license.
- Clean MVR
- High ability to deal with ambiguity in a high stress environment while keeping your composure on and off the job.
- Drug free work environment, a random drug test policy is in force.
Extraordinary Work Conditions
- Must maintain regular and reliable attendance at a level acceptable to the company, including the ability to work overtime, holidays, evenings, or weekends as necessary.
- Position requires extended work hours and flexibility in scheduling, including evening or weekend hours as needed.
- This work is primarily performed outside in all sorts of weather conditions (i.e. hot, humid, cold, wet, windy, rain, snow) which means the person will need to be adequately prepared. May be required to work weekends and holidays.
