Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including industrial, commercial, and residential spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are safe, hygienic, and well-presented.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Conduct industrial cleaning operations to ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
- Execute commercial cleaning duties such as restroom sanitation, window washing, and floor care maintenance.
- Utilize buffing equipment to maintain floors to a high standard of cleanliness and shine.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Provide custodial services that meet the needs of various clients and environments.
- Engage in residential painting projects when required, ensuring quality finishes.
- Act as a porter by managing supplies and equipment efficiently throughout the facility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment operation is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving items as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Pay: $13.62 - $14.73 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
