We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, ensuring all surfaces are maintained to high standards.
- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to maintain clean and safe walking surfaces.
- Conduct custodial duties such as emptying trash bins, sanitizing restrooms, and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Engage in facilities maintenance tasks which may include minor repairs or reporting issues to management.
- Assist with residential painting projects as required, ensuring proper techniques and safety measures are followed.
- Support industrial cleaning efforts by utilizing appropriate equipment and following safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition and report any malfunctions or needs for replenishment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and maintenance of various flooring types is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all tasks performed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player when required.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $14.71 - $16.33 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
