Responsibilities

  • Lead OEM customer success initiatives and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement pricing models that enhance customer value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in customer success or pricing roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
